<p><a href="http://vimeo.com/5554297">Poppy Seed Bun</a> from <a href="http://vimeo.com/user2011898">Dilek</a> on <a href="http://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This morning my husband and my mom surprised me. They, together, prepared these yummy Poppy Seed Buns. Yesterday nigh I didn&#8217;t sleep because of my little princess. I have to feed my baby every two hours. She sleeps all the day and I wake her up every two hours and suckle her so I have irregular sleep times. Thanks to my mom and my husband. They always help me at house works and in kitchen. For example they clean our home and they start to cook dishes for us. As I said at the beginning of my sentence they surprised me and they made Poppy Seed Buns. I made <span style="color: #000080;"><strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><a title="Gozleme" href="http://www.pinchof.com/gozleme.html" target="_blank"><span class="wpGallery">Gozleme</span></a></span></strong> </span>before if you remember. And I used poppy seeds with Gozleme. On <span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong><span style="color: #333333;"><a title="poppy seed" href="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/poppyseeds.jpg" target="_blank">this photo</a></span></strong> </span>you see popy seeds but when making Poppy Seed Buns we use mashes seeds.</p>
<p>Ingredients :</p>
<ul>
<li>1 kg all purpose flour</li>
<li>1 tbsp salt</li>
<li>a packet of instant yeast</li>
<li>Enough water</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For filling:<br />
a cup of walnut<br />
a cup mashed poppy seeds<br />
a cup of ground walnut<br />
a cup of sun flower oil</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Recipe:<br />
Put whole flour in a case then put instant yeast and salt in it then pour water in it then knead it carefully after that cover the case with a cloth then wait it to rise for an hour. On the other hand prepare the filling. Put the mashed poppy seeds in a case then pour some oil and add ground walnut in it. Mix them perfectly .After waiting for an hour take the cloth from the case.<br />
Before rolling the dough lets prepare the kitchen board. Sprinkle flour on to kitchen board in order not to stick to kitchen board. Now take a piece of dough from the dough case and roll it with your hands.<a href="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Dough.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-247" title="Dough" src="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Dough.jpg" alt="Dough" width="580" height="400" /></a><br />
As you watch on video. Roll out the dough then put the mixture on the dough then spread it perfectly. Then roll it as you see on video then strech it from both edges to extend and swirl it. <a href="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Dough2.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-248" title="Dough2" src="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Dough2.jpg" alt="Dough2" width="580" height="400" /></a>Pour oil in a tray and spread it. After making buns put them in that tray then put the tray in oven.<a href="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Dough3.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-249" title="Dough3" src="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Dough3.jpg" alt="Dough3" width="580" height="400" /></a><br />
Heat the oven on 175C(347F). Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes.<br />
After 25-30 minutes later take out the tray from the oven. Wait the buns to get cold. After getting cold you can serve and eat the buns with tea. Enjoy.<a href="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Poppy-Seed-Bun.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-250" title="Poppy-Seed-Bun" src="http://www.pinchof.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Poppy-Seed-Bun.jpg" alt="Poppy-Seed-Bun" width="580" height="400" /></a></p>

Her education is very important but we miss her very much. Because of this reason I wanted to make <strong>Cheese Morsels</strong> that she loves so much. When she came, first of all she looked at the kitchen to see what I made for her. When she saw my surprise for her she embraced me once more with a big smile on her face. I realized that I missed her more than I thought.</span></p>
