My mom came to us for helping with my little princess. Baby care is really hard. Today we want to eat someting sweet then I prepared this milky dessert to my mom. This easy summer dessert is both light and nutrious.
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 packets of cream powder
- a cup of milk for cream
- 2 packets of biscuits with oat( as you see on the video)
- a packet of chocolate powder
- 2,5 cups of milk for chocolate cream
Recipe:
Put 2 or 3 packets of cream powder in a pot then pour a cup of milk in it. Prepare the cream by mixing milk and cream powder with the help of mixer.
Put biscuits in a pot and crumble them perfectly then stir the crumbled biscuits with the cream then put this mixture in a glass tray. Spread the mixture in that glass tray then put this tray in fridge.
And now lets prepare the chocolate cream. Pour 2,5 cups of milk in a pot with chocolate powder and stir them with a spoon. Then put the pot on fire and stir it continualy. Cook it on fire until it gets right consistency.It must be as thick as pudding. Take the tray from fridge and pour the chocalate mixture on it.
Serve cold. Enjoy.
Pumpkin Dessert
I’ve always loved pumpkin dessert since my childhood. Sindrella and her prince come into my mind when I think pumpkin dessert. Sindrella, who has a pumpkin car and glass shoes has to arrive home before the clock shows 12.00.When I decide to make pumpkin dessert, The Story Of Sindrella comes into my mind.
Today I made Pumpkin Dessert. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1kg pumpkin
- 3/2 cups of sugar
- 2-3 cloves
- a cup of crumbled walnut
Recipe:
Peel the pumpkin and wash then slice the pumpkin and put it in a pot then sprinkle sugar on it and close the cover overnight. Pumpkin will get its water out on that time. Put the cloves in that pot the following day then cook them until the pumpkin get soften. When it gets cold, take it in a plate and sprinkle crumbled walnuts on it.
Chestnut Dessert
I am far away from you for several weeks. I couldn’t share new recipes with you because we were busy with moving away. You know,my house is messy and You can’t find anyting you look for. Thankfully, now, everything is almost OK . I want to say ”hello” to you immediately

Here is my newest recipe : Chestnut Dessert
In Turkey, Chestnut Dessert is famous in Bursa city. Big chesnuts are grown up there.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr chestnut
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Recipe:
Put water in a pot then bring it to boil. Peel the chestnuts’ outer rind then put them in boiling water. Boil the chestnuts until the inner rinds which is thinner get soft then drain them. Peel its thin rinds after it gets cold.
Put 2 cups of water in another pot with 2 cups of sugar then boil it. After boiling add the peelings in it. Cook it for 2 hours over low heat. After that wait the chestnut with sherbet for a day. After a day take the chestnuts from sherbet then put them in plates.
Serve it by sprinkling vanilla.

Milky Dessert
- 5 cups of milk
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp semolina
- 2 packets of vanilla
- A packet of biscuit with cacao
- Broken hazelnuts
Quince Dessert Recipe(Ayva Tatlisi Tarifi)

Yesterday morning when the phone rang I was afraid first. I was sure that ı would sleep and wake up late because of the weekend. Anyhow, the voice on the phone was one of my best friend Oya. Oya is a pregnant lady. Oya’s doctor said her that her baby will be a girl. Because of being happy she phoned me.
My grandma had said that if you are pregnant eat quince your baby will be beautiful. After that I made Quince Dessert and went to Oya’s afternoon. Oya said, it is very yummy. If I hadn’t taken the dessert tray from her hands she would have finished just about the whole tray:))
Here ist the Quince Dessert recipe:
Ingredients:
- 6 middle size quinces
- 3 middle size apples
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1 cup sugar for quince
- ¼ cup sugar for apples
Peel the quinces. Separate every quince two pieces. Discard the seed beds of quinces and reverse them in a pot. Add sugar and water in it. Simmer it until the quinces get soft. Take it from the pot with a pierced spatula and lay it oven tray.
Peel the apples. After peeling mash the apples and mix with sugar. Fill this mixture in quinces’ spaces. Pour the quinces boiled water into the quinces on the tray gently. Cover the tray with fireproof paper than bake until the top of the quinces get red.(175ºC – 340 ºF)
After getting cold it is ready to be served.
