cake-with-turkish-delightWhen I was making this yummy cake an idea came to my mind.  Why don’t I use Turkish delight in the cake? Then I decided to put some Turkish delight in my cake. So how was the  result? This is the result you see in this picture above. Marvelous!  I think you must try this recipe. When I decided to put Turkish delight in my cake a song was playing in my radio. Who was singing?  Madonna! Madonna was singing Candy Shop (”I’ve got Turkish delight baby and so much more…”) Turkish delight is  mentioned in the song “Candy Shop”, the first song of the album Hard Candy by Madonna. May be the song of Madonna inspired me so I did it. :) )

Recipe:

First of all mix egg and sugar with the help of mixer then add  milk, all purpose flour, vanilla and baking powder in it and mix it with mixer perfectly.

Put Turkish delights in it then mix. I prefer little Turkish delights but if you want you can put evry kind of Turkish delight.  Spread  oil the cake mold with a brush then pour the mixture in it. Bake it at 180ºC – 355 ºF for 25-30 minutes.

A few hours later you can serve it!
