Love of Tomatoes and Peppers
This morning I didn’t want anything to eat. I woke up and started to think what I would eat. I decided to prepare our breakfast. I put cheese, egg, honey, jam and olive but I didn’t want to eat them. I wanted to eat something different so I prepared this yummy dish.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sun flower oil
- 5 green peppers
- 6-7 middle sized tomatoes
- A pinch of salt, red pepper flakes
Boil 1lt water and put water in a bowl then put the tomatoes in it and wait for about 5 or 10 minutes. We do it for peeling tomatoes easyly. After waiting, peel the tomatoes and chop them. Wash and chop the green peppers. Saute peppers with oil in a pan then add the chopped tomatoes and cook them until boils down its water. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes in it then stir.
Eat Love of Tomatoes and Peppers at breakfast with bread and tea.
