If we make roasted wheat, beefsteak or chop we cook pilaf. In fact in Turkish cuisine pilafs are seen as the other part of meat dishes.
Ingredients:
■ A cup of rice
■1/4 cup noodle
■3/2 cups hot water
■A pinch of salt
■A bar of butter
Recipe:
Before making our dish boil some water for the rice then pour water in a bowl with a pinch of salt and put the rice in on about 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes wash the rice until white water goes. Pilafs which making like this are very yummy.
Put the pot on fire and put a bar of butter in. Melt the butter. Put the noddles and saute until it gets pink. then add the washed rice and saute it. Add a cup of hot water. Cook until boils down. Cover a piece of paper on and close cover of the pot.
Enjoy it.
