Welcome to pinchof.com.  First of all let me  say that cooking is easier than writing how to cook. Cooking is not an ordinary action in our life but  the source of my happiness. Both cooking and eating are parts of our culture .I think it is a big pleasure cook and taste dishes belongs to different cultures.  

Sharing the dishes, which I learnt from my elders and the cities that I visited, with my friends and cooking something for them make me very happy. Sharing my experiences with you will make me  happy twice. 

Perhaps, the first thing putting in a dish is a pinch of love before beginning to cook!
